Return policy, for defective items

Personalized items are not returnable. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm spelling when an order is placed.

We stand behind all products we sell.You have 7 days to be satisfied. If the item in your order is defective, please email us so that we can issue return procedures and shipping company must be notifed Immediately to investigate the damaged package remember most shipping is insured.We will refund you the full amount. Less the shipping/handling charges.

Liability to you will be limited to the cost of the product purchased.  We reserve the right to ask for the damaged purchased item back before we do anything.
